Shipping & Replacement Policy

Before dispatch
Every order is confirmed with you on WhatsApp. We send photos of your actual plants before they are packed.
Delivery
- Courier orders: delivered across India. Delivery charge: ₹149 per order, free on orders above ₹1,499.
- Dispatch time: usually within [X] working days of confirmation.
- Bulk orders (50+ plants): delivered by truck; transport cost is quoted with your order.
If a plant arrives damaged
Send a photo or unboxing video on WhatsApp within [24 hours] of delivery. We will replace the plant or refund it, as per our replacement policy: [your final policy].
After delivery
Plants travel in boxes, so keep them in light shade for 3 to 5 days, water lightly, then move them to their final spot.
